Both Elite Academies are offered at the University of South Florida and have been designed to improve players both on and off the field. The program for ages 9-13 will run separately from the program for ages 14-18. Our morning session has developed a nickname over the years called Sunrise Soccer because it kicks off before breakfast and it's designed for speed and agility. Our second session of the day after breakfast will be geared towards improving players' technique. After lunch, the afternoon will be designed to improve players' tactical awareness on both offense and defense. The evenings will consist of matches, and tournament play. In each session creativity and flair are stressed. During our Elite Academies we will also offer an Extended Day Program. The schedule is the same as the Residential Camp, but campers will arrive each morning at 7:00 a.m. and depart at 9:30 p.m. Campers will eat breakfast lunch and dinner at the camp and will be given a common room to store belongings.
Elite Academy Extended Day Program ( Sessions 6 & 10 )
During our Elite Academies we will also offer an Extended Day Program. The schedule is the same as the Residential Camp, but campers will arrive each morning at 7:00am and depart at 9:30 pm. Campers will eat lunch and dinner in the USF Dining Hall and will be given a common room to store belongings.
Residential Team Discounts
Your team can be trained together at any of our camps! You train as a team and play against other teams. Team discounts are as follows: a group of 10-14 players receive a $30.00 discount per player, and a group of 15 or more receive a $40.00 discount per player.
Bo Oshoniyi's USA Goalkeeper Academy ( Sessions 1, 3, 6 & 10 )
Coach Oshoniyi brings a vast amount of experience in goalkeeping. From his involvement with the U.S. National Teams, Major League Soccer, and the college ranks. He uses this experience to develop goalkeepers of all levels.
Our philosophy at USA Goalkeeper Academy is to provide the most valuable experience possible using instruction and positive reinforcement in match related games and situations. Our objective is to teach young goalkeepers of America to be efficient in the four pillars of goalkeeping (Technical, Tactical, Mental, Physical). At the same time, goalkeepers will experience a high level of competition and training driven by a professional staff comprised of players and coaches from the University of South Florida Men’s Soccer program, Major League Soccer, and US Soccer.
