PHILOSOPHY

The USF Goalkeeper Academy has been developed and is overseen by USF Men’s Soccer Assistant and Goalkeeper Coach Bryheem Hancock. Coach Hancock brings a vast amount of experience in goalkeeping. From his involvement with the U.S. Youth National Teams, Major League Soccer, and the College Ranks, he uses his experience to develop goalkeepers of all levels. Below is a summary of Coach Hancock’s experience and achievements:

Our philosophy at the USF Goalkeeper Academy is to provide the most valuable experience possible using instruction and positive reinforcement in match related games and situations. Our objective is to teach young goalkeepers of America to be efficient in the four pillars of goalkeeping (Technical, Tactical, Mental, & Physical). At the same time, goalkeepers will experience a high level of competition and training driven by a professional staff comprised of players and coaches from the University of South Florida Men's Soccer program, Major League Soccer, and US Soccer. The USF Goalkeeper Academy is offered at all of our Full Day Training Camps, June Residential/Commuter Training Camp, and our July Southeast Elite ID Camp. Goalkeepers train a portion of the day with other goalkeepers, and with our goalkeeper coaches, and a portion of the day with the field players. Goalkeepers can also attend with their team, and train with both their team and our goalkeeper coaches.

GOALKEEPER ACADEMY FULL DAY TRAINING CAMP REGISTRATION FEES:
Register by April 15th to receive a $15 Early Bird Discount/Early Bird Price = $270.00.
After April 15th, the registration fee increases to the regular rate of $285.00.


GOALKEEPER ACADEMY JUNE RESIDENTIAL TRAINING CAMP REGISTRATION FEES:
Deposit: $200.00 (Balance can be set up to be automatically billed on June 1st)
Register by April 15th to receive a $20 Early Bird Discount/Early Bird Price = $635.00.
After April 15th, the registration fee increases to the regular rate of $655.00.


GOALKEEPER ACADEMY SOUTHEAST ELITE ID CAMP REGISTRATION FEES:
Deposit: $200.00 (Balance can be set up to be automatically billed on June 1st)
Register by April 15th to receive a $20 Early Bird Discount/Early Bird Price = $635.00.
After April 15th, the registration fee increases to the regular rate of $655.00.

* Our Residential Training Camps offer a Goalkeeper Academy for an additional $90.00. Goalkeepers will spend a 1/2 day training with the field players and a 1/2 day training with the goalkeeper coaches.
